Returns

Need to return or exchange a product? No problem—we’ve made it easy and hassle-free.
If you're not satisfied with your Elire products, you're eligible for a 100% refund within 60 days of delivery. No restocking fees, no stress.
Just give the product a fair try (most women begin to see results within 4 weeks) before requesting a return.

At Elire, your satisfaction is our top priority. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We may request a photo of the item, which will need to be provided before the refund process can begin. In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued.

Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once of the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours to our support team so we can investigate and send you a replacement product.

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. We cannot accept returns for skincare products, as these must be maintained under specific conditions (such as temperature control). This includes products like cosmetics, masks, and serums. For more information, please contact our customer service team to determine if your product qualifies for return. If the product is not eligible for a return, but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can issue you a store credit to use on any other item from our online store.

Refunds for Unrecognized Charges (if applicable)

In some instances, we allow refunds up to 3 days after purchase. Simply email us, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for damage, loss, or delays. However, please reach out to us so we can assist with the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Processing times for refunds can vary. If you’ve completed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please send us an email, and we’ll provide you with further instructions.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product, the first month is not refundable since it is already offered at a discounted price. Starting from the second month, you may request a refund as long as the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we’re no longer able to issue a refund.

Before Returning Items

If your return is approved, please email us before shipping the order back to receive specific return instructions.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
